SCI Early-Career Registration Awards

Thanks to support from the Italian Chemical Society (SCI), three registration awards will be available for early-career participants (under 35).

Awards will be assigned on a scientific basis to young researchers who submit a contribution (poster or oral communication) by the conference deadline (April 15, 2026). Selection will be based on the quality and relevance of the submitted abstract.

Each award consists of a reimbursement of the conference registration fee.

Eligibility is open to participants of any nationality; recipients will need to be SCI members at the time of reimbursement, as required for administrative purposes.

Due to an external technical disruption affecting registration access, the early-bird deadline is extended to 15 February to ensure equal opportunity for all participants. This will be the only extension.

Details

  • Fees include: Excursion, congress documentation, access to scientific sessions, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, three lunches (Monday to Wednesday, June 8–10), and the welcome cocktail on June 7. The Conference Dinner (June 9) is not included in the standard registration fee.
  • GOLD registration: Conference dinner included.
  • Junior (35 years old or younger as of June 7, 2026): includes students, fellows, PhD candidates, postdocs, and fixed-term researchers in industry. A letter from the supervisor confirming the applicant’s status is required.

  • Registration and Abstract Submission: Please use the registration form below to submit your participation and abstract.

    The deadline for oral contributions (13-minute talk + 2-minute Q&A) is 15 April 2026.

    Poster presentations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis up to a maximum of 100 posters; evaluation will continue until this capacity is reached.
